Britain's most prestigious flower show, The Chelsea Flower Show. has been held in the grounds of the Chelsea Hospital, London every year since 1913 (apart from a couple of gaps during the two World Wars).
This is the highlight of the gardening year with top garden designers showcasing gardens to set the latest gardening trends and styles.
The event is attended by more than 150,000 visitors each year with tickets selling out quickly. All tickets must be booked in advance and Tuesday and Wednesday are RHS members-only days.
Getting there: Public transport is the easist way to travel to and from the show. Sloane Square tube station (on the District and Circle Lines) is a 10-minute walk from the showground. London Victoria is the closest train station to the show and there are also special shuttle buses put on for the event. More details can be found on the webiste below.
