If you have a special interest that you would like to be the focus of your UK holiday, let us know. We will ensure that your tailor-made UK itinerary allows you to experience the best Britain has to offer of your chosen activity.

For example:

Countryside walking is an incredibly popular activity in Britain and a large number of long distance paths cross the country. Follow in the footsteps of Alfred Wainwright (and Julia Bradbury!) on the popular Coast to Coast walk or try a less well-known but equally enjoyable route, such as the Cotswolds Way, Hadrian’s Wall Path or the new, challenging, Wainwright Memorial Walk through the Lake District.

Completing all or part of one of these fantastic walks can make for a wonderful holiday, and we can make it as easy as possible to arrange, by booking your accommodation at the locations of your overnight stops and arranging baggage transfer services so that you don’t have to carry everything as you walk. We can also organise the rest of your UK trip for before or after you complete your walk.

If you want walking to feature highly in your holiday but are not keen to tackle a long-distance path, we will tailor your itinerary to include some of Britain’s best and most beautiful areas for walking and provide you with information on some of the best walks. Guided walking can also be arranged.

Cycling or Mountain Biking

Britain is an excellent location for getting out on two wheels.

The many quiet country lanes through beautiful scenery make road cycling a joy and there are many locations for mountain biking of all levels.

There are several challenging long-distance cycle routes for the keen cyclist, for which we can arrange bike hire, accommodation and luggage transfer. Alternatively, we can tailor your itinerary to take you to some of Britain’s best areas for cycling or mountain biking and give you advice on the best routes and where to hire bikes.

From world famous courses such as St Andrew’s and The Belfry to farmers’ fields converted into short par 3 courses and everything in between, you are never likely to be far from a golf course in Britain.

If you have a passion to play golf at a certain course or simply want to try out a range of the courses available in Britain, let us know and we will tailor your UK itinerary to ensure that you can do so. Of course it can be difficult to get a tee time at some of the most famous courses but we will let you know all of the options to help you to get to your course of choice.

Other activities

The range of special interest activates is huge, so whether it is adventure activities, fishing, bird watching or anything else that you want to form part of your UK holiday, just let us know.
