One of Britain’s largest traditional country shows, the Great Yorkshire Show includes livestock displays, show jumping, a food hall showcasing British produce, various displays and competitions in traditional countryside skills, games for the children, lots of shopping stalls and a wide variety of food and drink. The show is celebrating it's 160th year in 2018!
Advance tickets cost £25 per adult per day. Tickets can also be bought on the day for £29 per adult. Details can be found on the Great Yorkshire Show website (below).
Getting there: The Great Yorkshire Show takes place just outside the town of Harrogate in North Yorkshire. Direct trains run to Harrogate station from Leeds and York in around half an hour. Free shuttle buses take visitors from the station to the show ground. Parking is also available at the show ground.
